How to make it

  • In 2 quart pot bring 2 half cups water to a rapid boil, add eggs .
  • Boil for 7 minutes, put eggs in cool water and ice set in freezer for 4 minutes. Drain water, peel egg shells.
  • Smash eggs in bowl with fork, take spoon add mayo and mustard. salt and pepper to taste.
  • ready to serve on bread ...Good with romaine lettuce
  • cold drink and potato chips...awww..hits the spot.
