How to make it

  • 1. Heat oil in large skillet and add onion, peppers and garlic. Saute for 5-6 minutes.
  • 2. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered for about 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add crumbled Veggie Ground Round Italian. Stir well and cook 1-2 minutes more.
  • 4. Cut each bun in half and place, open, on serving plates. Top with dollops of Sloppy Joe mixture, and shredded cheese.
