Hamburger Pie Filling

- 1 cup wheat grem shopping list
- 1 full large zuchinnie diced shopping list
- 1 small eggplant peeled diced shopping list
- 3 tbs galic shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 lb etra lean ground beef shopping list
- (or 1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb pork ... or uses a lb of a feathered friend like turky or chciken.... using pork on its own will crumble and not form to ur pie idea) shopping list
- 5 tbs warchestersiersauce shopping list
- 2 tps pepper shopping list
- 1/2 yello pepper chopped shopping list
- 1/2 redpepper chopped shopping list
- 1/2 orange pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 cup salsa shopping list
- 2 cups ur fav cheese shopping list
- 2 cups ur fav bbq sauce shopping list
- 1 pkg of Lipton Onion Soup Mix shopping list
- 1 beef buillion cube shopping list
- 1 cup peas frozen shopping list
- 1 cup frozen corn shopping list
- 2 bs flour shopping list
- 3 tbs galic butter shopping list
How to make it
- ok so it sound like a lot butttt it feeds a big family, and i also freeze some and make into smaller pies once the filling is mixed up
- in a lrge bowl
- mix ur flour , egg plant, zuchinnie, peppers, peas and corn
- mix all around
- and now add everything elese and mix around
- add to frying pan or deep skillit
- fry untill meat is half cooked
- ladel into bottem of pie plate and top with a crust
- - this dish will be more like a gravy then a solid. I just uses a froze pie shell on the top or
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tps
- 1 small pinch sugar
- 4 tbs cold water
- mixx and set aside untill everything eles is ready when rolling out ur dough keep it coold !
- There should be a alot of left overs place in freezer begs
- to re uses warm up filling in skillet and then do the pie bit !
