  • slightly soften the icecream
  • mix in the juice
  • then fold in the whipped cream
  • pour into the crust, cover and freeze for a few hours.
  • thaw for half hour before serving
  • garnish with a fresh slice or wedge of fresh fruit
  • I personally love it with apple juice, and my son always wants it made with limeade
