How to make it

  • Boil 4 cups of white long grain rice
  • Set aside
  • Fry cubed chicken until cooked
  • Add 2 table spoons of salad cream to cooked chicken and mix well
  • Set aside
  • Prepare all fruit and place into a large bowl
  • Add cream to fruit and mix well
  • Add chicken to fruit and mix well
  • Serve the fruit and chicken on a bed of warm white rice
  • Enjoy
