How to make it

  • LINGUINE:
  • 1. Cook the linguine al dente & set aside
  • FISH STOCK:
  • 2. In a saucepan, heat 3 tbsp olive oil over medium heat
  • 3. Add garlic & cook until light brown, about 5 minutes
  • 4. Add clam juice, cook to a boil then simmer 10 minutes
  • 5. Season with salt & pepper
  • 6. Place aside on warm
  • SEAFOOD:
  • 7. In a LARGE saucepan, heat remaining olive oil on medium high heat.
  • 8. Add seafood & sautee until done (about 7-8 minutes)
  • 9. Add fish stock, linguine, parsley, & basil and bring to a brisk simmer. Stir often, serve immediatley!
