How to make it

  • In a 3 qt sauce pan, saute the chopped bacon and wait to add the garlic until about half way thru the bacon fry otherwise it will burn. Bake the potatoes by any means until fork tender, chop and combine with the cooked bacon mixture (we leave the skin on, your call). Now add the butter and other ingredients, whip until it gets fluffy add salt and pepper to taste.
