Chicken Dippers With Pea And Sweetcorn Mash

- 4 chicken breasts, skin removed shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 100g <2 cups> fine bread crumbs shopping list
- 40g <1/2 cup> parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 large potatoes shopping list
- 4tbsp milk shopping list
- frozen peas shopping list
- 1 small tin of sweetcorn drained shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 180c, 350f
- Cut the chicken into strips
- Beat the egg on a flat plate combine with parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken strips in to egg and then incoat with the breadcrumbs. Place the chicken on a oiled baking tray and bake for 15min or until the chicken is cooked through.
- For mash
- Peel and chop the potatoes then boil them until cooked, drain them then add milk and mash. Whilst the potatoes are cooking Cook the peas and sweetcorn then add them to the mash, season with salt, pepper and hot paprikka (omit for kid)
