Searched high and low for a brownie cookie and arrived here unexpectedly, and all I can say is, "Wow"! This cookie is chocolatey, chewy, crisp on the outside, fudgy inside! If you want a sure bet, bake this...Cooked for nine to ten minutes until cookie was firm to the touch, let cool on sheet about two minutes, perfect. Added mini semi-sweet chips and Heathbar chocolate covered toffee bits for crunch, ohhh. Thanks so much for a keeper of a cookie!
