Ingredients
- Use a food processor or a blender. shopping list
- • ½ cup peeled garlic shopping list
- • 1 Tbsp Mayonaise shopping list
- • ¼ - 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- • lemon juice to taste shopping list
- • salt shopping list
How to make it
- Process the garlic with the mayonnaise to a very fine paste.
- With the motor running slowly, add vegetable oil till you get the desired mayo-like consistency.
- Add Lemon juice
- salt to taste
