How to make it

  • Put chocolate chips and heavy cream in a sauce pan on low heat. Stir till the chips are almost melted, then take off the heat and continue to stir until creamy (the amount of cream is a guess, so if it's not of a thick, creamy consistency add more and return to the heat until blended in.)
  • Let cool while working on the banana's
  • Put sliced banana's in a medium frying pan with the butter on medium heat. Add in walnuts,cinnamon, and cocoa powder and gently bring all ingredients together. Make sure to keep moving the banana's flipping them every now and then.
  • When they've browned slightly drizzle with honey, stir together and let cook a little longer, then remove from the heat.
  • Add the banana mixture to the top of the crackers, then cover with the chocolate ('drizzle' doesn't really suit it, you want the banana to be pretty much covered, but you don't want the chocolate to overwhelm the banana)
  • Place in the freezer until the chocolate hardens
  • Then enjoy!
