How to make it

  • 1. In medium bowl, mix beef, parsley, chili powder, salt, eggs and 1 cup crushed saltine crackers. Form patters.
  • 2. Place 1 cup crushed saltine crackers on a plate. Coat patties in crushed crackers.
  • 3. Place patties on a plate and refrigerator for 10 to 30 minutes.
  • 4. Heat oven to 380 degrees. Cook patties for 20 to 30 minutes.
