- 2 cups Pillsbury's Best shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the eggs until very light. Add the milk and salt and pour gradully into the flour, beating all the time.
- Beat the batter very smooth and strain through a sieve. Have your gem pans, lightly greased, and very hot. Quickly fill half full of the batter. Place in a hot oven and bake 25 minutes. They should feel dry to the touch.
