How to make it

  • Beat the eggs until very light. Add the milk and salt and pour gradully into the flour, beating all the time.
  • Beat the batter very smooth and strain through a sieve. Have your gem pans, lightly greased, and very hot. Quickly fill half full of the batter. Place in a hot oven and bake 25 minutes. They should feel dry to the touch.
