- 2 TBS sugar shopping list
- 2 TBS butter shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cake yeast shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 4 cups Pillsbury's Best shopping list
- 1/4 cup warm water shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the butter and sugar, then add the well-beaten youlks of the eggs and then the stiftly beaten whites. Sift in hte flour and salt and add the milk gradually. Add the yeast dissolved in the warm water.
- Cover and let it rise. When very light, pour it into a buttered biscuit pan, filling it half full. Let it rise until the ban is quite full.
- Bake in a moderate oven for thirty minutes. When done cut in long narrow strips.
