Cocoa Rolls

- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 3 TBS butter shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cake yeast shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 6 cups Pillsbury's Best shopping list
- 1/4 cup lukewarm water shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup ground cocoa shopping list
How to make it
- Scald the milk and pour it over the sugar, butter and salt. When it has cooled to lukewarm, beat into it three cups of flour, sifted three times. Then add the yeast, dissolved in the lukewarm water, cover and let it rise utnil it is a frothy mass. Then add the eggs, well-beaten, the flour, cinnamon and cocoa.
- Place in a buttered bowl. Let it rise until it has risen twice its original size. Form it then into small rolls, place them into a buttered pan, and let them rise until very light. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
