Beer Muffins I

The light, cake-like texture of these muffins makes them different from other beer muffins I've tried. These are great with supper.
Ingredients
- 2 c. baking mix (like Bisquick) shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 12-oz can or bottle beer shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix sugar and biscuit mix. Add beer. Stir until smooth. Pour into non-stick muffin pans or muffin cups lined with paper liners.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes,
- Remove from oven and serve.
