How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Drop by scant teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
  • Flatten with a fork dipped in the extra sugar.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Note: To make these cookies with Splenda, simply substitute Splenda for the sugar. The cookies will be quite fragile compared to the cookies made with sugar, but they are well worth the extra effort to keep them whole for someone who is diabetic!
