How to make it

  • place butter beans and sweetcorn in salted water and heat until soft.
  • In seperate pan, add butter and crushed garlic. Heat until butter melted then add flour to make a roux.
  • Add the full butterbeans/ sweetcorn and water to the roux and mix through. stir and heat to thicken. more water can be added if you require a thinner consistency.
  • Season and serve. Tastes great with chicken.
