Butter Bean And Sweetcorn Sauce

- C butterbeans, shelled if you prefer. I used tinned beans for quickness. shopping list
- 1/2C sweetcorn shopping list
- 1/2C water shopping list
- 1/2-1 clove garlic (depends on preference) shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 50g butter shopping list
How to make it
- place butter beans and sweetcorn in salted water and heat until soft.
- In seperate pan, add butter and crushed garlic. Heat until butter melted then add flour to make a roux.
- Add the full butterbeans/ sweetcorn and water to the roux and mix through. stir and heat to thicken. more water can be added if you require a thinner consistency.
- Season and serve. Tastes great with chicken.
