for the crust
- 1.5 sticks of oleo, or 12 sticks of butter shopping list
- 4.5oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1.5 Cup flour shopping list
- 1.5 Tsp white sugar shopping list
Filling
- 2 eggs well beaten shopping list
- 1.5 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 Tsp melted oleo shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
for the crust
- Cream the Oleo, add cream cheese and cream again. Add flour and sugar, mix well. Drop by rounded tsp into tart tins and shape. Add a few nuts to the bottom.
Filling
- Fill tart cups 3/4 full, sprinkle chopped pecans on top before you put into oven to bake.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then at 250° for 15 minutes. Make sure cream cheese & Oleo are at room temperature before serving.
