How to make it

  • for the crust

  • Cream the Oleo, add cream cheese and cream again. Add flour and sugar, mix well. Drop by rounded tsp into tart tins and shape. Add a few nuts to the bottom.
  • Filling

  • Fill tart cups 3/4 full, sprinkle chopped pecans on top before you put into oven to bake.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then at 250° for 15 minutes. Make sure cream cheese & Oleo are at room temperature before serving.
