How to make it

  • Heat large skillet over low heat. Melt butter in pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. When skillet is hot bring together wet and dry ingredients. Mix until everything just comes together. 1/3-1/2 cup of batter per pancake. Pour batter in pan, cook until bubbles set on the edge then flip and cook until golden brown on bottom.
