How to make it

  • Shuck and finely chop clams - strain and reserve liquid.
  • Melt butter in pan. Add all ingredients except paprika and mix well. If mixture seems too dry, add a few drops of the reserved liquid from clams. Fill clam shells with mixture and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 400 degrees F, until hot and bubbly. 10 to 15 minutes.
