Lemon Burgundy Beef

- 2-3, 4 ounce steaks shopping list
- 1 onion,sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- juice of 2 lemons shopping list
- 1/4 cup Burgundy wine shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate beef in Lemon juice for 2 hours.Melt butter in skillet, remove white foam.Saute garlic clove, remove.Brown onion, remove and reserve.Brown steak until medium rare,remove and reserve.Pour wine into skillet removing all bits and deglazing pan.To thicken,mix cornstarch with water.Heat until thickened.Add steak and oinons.Keep warm over low heat.Garnish with parsley.
