- MEXICAN VEGGIE TOSS shopping list
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 15 oz. Cans black beans – drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 14 oz. Can diced tomatoes with green chilis – drained shopping list
- 1 11 oz. Can Niblets corn – drained shopping list
- ½ c. chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- ¼ c. chopped green onions shopping list
- 2 T. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. Chopped garlic shopping list
- ½ tsp. cumin shopping list
- tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- Directions:
- In a bowl, toss beans, tomatoes, corn, cilantro, onions. Add wine vinegar, salt, garlic and cumin and mix well. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips
