How to make it

  • Blanch the almonds and brown them in hte oven. Pound to a paste in a mortar, adding a little sugar and cream to make a paste.
  • Mix the eggs, sugar and cream, and add the almond paste. Then fressze acording to directions under "Freezeing." Adding a tablespoonful of Caramel will produce a richer color.
