How to make it

  • Use 1 tablespoon of butter to butter each slice of bread.
  • Layer 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 2 tomato slices and two slices of colby cheese between 2 slices of sour dough bread.
  • Melt remaining tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place sandwich in pan and cook 3 – 4 minutes per side or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  • Serve.
