  • Pour the can of salmon into a dish (juices, too), with your fingers remove all bones. To the fish add the egg and flour. Mix together, and form patties and fry.

    I would say...HOLY MACKEREL
    ~but~
    I like the sound of the Salmon much better in this recipe.
    Salmon Patties were a main stay when I was growing up. (Growing up! Boy!! The words...Joyce and growing-up is an oxymoron...or just maybe a moron) ~Laughing~
