Banana Cake

This recipe comes from my good friend Stephanie Meadows. It is a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk with 2 tsp vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup mashed bananas shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 pkg chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cake ingredients, pour into cake pan. Top cake mixture with brown sugar then chips and then nuts. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
