How to make it

  • Toast the oatmeal under a grill, on a baking tray, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, then leave on the tray to cool. Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Fold in the oatmeal, honey, and whisky (if used). Layer the oat and cream mixture with the fruit in four bowls or glasses.
