Hummus

- 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 4 teaspoons of minced garlic shopping list
- 2/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of tahini shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh is probably better but I used bottled) shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
