Guacamole

- 2 avocados shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, minced shopping list
- 1 serrano chiles, stems and seeds removed and minced shopping list
- 2 tbsp cilantro leaves, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt shopping list
- dash pepper, freshly grated shopping list
- 1/2 tomato, ripe and seeds removed shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado. Mix in all ingredients except tomato and salt.
- Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent oxidation.
- Add the tomato and salt just before serving.
