Raw Vegan Chili

- 1 cup water shopping list
- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup dates or raisins shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes shopping list
- 1 cup dehydrated mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 2 tablespoons spaghetti seasoning shopping list
- 2 tablespoons juice of lemon or lime shopping list
- 2-5 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 bunch basil shopping list
- hot peppers to taste shopping list
- salt or bragg's liquid aminos to taste shopping list
- 1 lb bean, pea, or lentil sprouts shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients except pound of sprouts.
- Remove from blender.
- Add sprouts.
- Serve with parsley flakes.
- note: this soup will become warm with blending. it is still raw, just don’t let it get hot!
