Marlboro Big Ol' Mess

From the Marlboro cookbook 'Fifty From the Trail'.
Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into chunks shopping list
- 3 jalapeno peppers, sliced shopping list
- 1 green pepper, cut into bite-size chunks shopping list
- 1 sweet onion, cut into bite-size chunks shopping list
- 1 foil cooking bag shopping list
- 1/4 cup Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 - 10 oz jar sweet and sour sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Place sausage, peppers, and onion in foil bag. Mix Tabasco sauce with sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl and pour over the mixture in foil bag; seal edge tightly.
- Place foil bag on grill; cook for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Slit open and serve right out of bag.
