How to make it

  • Свинину нарезать поперёк волокон, накрыть плёнкой, тщательно отбить. Сыр натереть на мелкой тёрке, яйцо слегка взбить с солью и перцем. Эскалопы обмакнуть в яйцо, обвалять в сыре, прижимая его пальцами. Жарить с 2 сторон на сильно разогретой сковороде.
