Горячий шоколад Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 литр молока shopping list
  • 200 г шоколада (горького или молочного) shopping list
  • 2-3 ст.л. (без верха) крахмала (картофельного) shopping list

How to make it

  • Крахмал развести в 1 стакане молока.
  • Остальное молоко вылить в кастрюлю, поставить на средний огонь, добавить шоколад.
  • Нагревать до тех пор, пока шоколад не растворится.
  • Затем добавить молоко с крахмалом, хорошо перемешать, нагревать до тех пор, пока масса не начнет густеть.
  • Убрать с огня.
  • Подавать горячим.
