Sauteed Carrots With Sage

- 1 tsp butter shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 c diagonally sliced carrot shopping list
- 2 TB water shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh small sage leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over med. heat. Add oil to pan;swirl to coat. Add sliced carrot and 2 TB water. Partially cover pan,and cook 10 mins or till carrots are almost tender. Add salt and pepper to pan;increase hr=eat to med-high. Cook 4 mins or until carrots are tender ansd lightly browned,stirring frequently. Sprinkle with sage.
