How to make it

  • Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over med. heat. Add oil to pan;swirl to coat. Add sliced carrot and 2 TB water. Partially cover pan,and cook 10 mins or till carrots are almost tender. Add salt and pepper to pan;increase hr=eat to med-high. Cook 4 mins or until carrots are tender ansd lightly browned,stirring frequently. Sprinkle with sage.
