Lemon Pepper Fish (gluten Free)

- 4 white fish fillets thawed (I prefer tilapia) shopping list
- salt/Pepper shopping list
- fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 lemons shopping list
- Tabasco shopping list
- foil shopping list
- 2T butter shopping list
How to make it
- Step one: Start the grill
- Step two: Rinse the fish and pat dry
- Step three: Salt and pepper both sides of the fish
- Step four: Place into the foil
- Step five: Rough chop 2 T. parsley
- Step six: Sprinkle parsley over fish
- Step seven: Thinly cut one lemon
- Step eight: Lay thin slices of lemon down each fillet
- Step nine: Cut one lemon in half squeeze juice down each fillet
- Step ten: Lightly sprinkle Tabasco on each fillet
- Step eleven: Cut the 2T. of butter into cubes and sprinkle on the fillets
- Step twelve: Cover with foil and place directly on grill
- Step thirteen: Grill over medium heat 8 - 10 minutes (depending on thickness of fish) or until fish flakes with a fork.
