How to make it

  • Step one: Start the grill
  • Step two: Rinse the fish and pat dry
  • Step three: Salt and pepper both sides of the fish
  • Step four: Place into the foil
  • Step five: Rough chop 2 T. parsley
  • Step six: Sprinkle parsley over fish
  • Step seven: Thinly cut one lemon
  • Step eight: Lay thin slices of lemon down each fillet
  • Step nine: Cut one lemon in half squeeze juice down each fillet
  • Step ten: Lightly sprinkle Tabasco on each fillet
  • Step eleven: Cut the 2T. of butter into cubes and sprinkle on the fillets
  • Step twelve: Cover with foil and place directly on grill
  • Step thirteen: Grill over medium heat 8 - 10 minutes (depending on thickness of fish) or until fish flakes with a fork.
