Easy Lemon Cake

- 1 pkg lemon cake mix shopping list
- 2 pkgs (3.4 oz ea) instant lemon pudding shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk shopping list
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare and bake 2 layer cake as directed on package. Cool completely.
- Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 minutes. Immediately spread over tops of cake layers.
- Stack cake layers. Frost with Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
