these 2 sauce go on the chocolate souffle i made, which is also on my profile. they are delicious.
Ingredients
- Best Sauce- shopping list
- 1/2 C. powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 C. margarine or butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 C. chilled whipping cream shopping list
- Amber Sauce- shopping list
- 1 C. packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 C. light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/2 C. half and half cream shopping list
- 1/4 C. margarine or butter shopping list
How to make it
- Best Sauce-1) beat sugar and margarine in saucepan until creamy
- 2) beat chilled whipping creamin chilled bowl until stiff.
- 3) fold whipped cream into sugar mixture
- 4) heat to boiling, stirring occasionally
- Amber Sauce-1) mix all ingrediants in 1 Quart saucepan
- 2) cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 5 min.
