How to make it

• ~ For Pastry ~
• Mix the flour,cocoa,baking powder,and salt together,stir in the sugar.
• Add butter and mix gently with your fingertips.
• Stir the egg into the mixture,form dough in ball,and wrap in Saran Wrap...chill for about 30 minutes.
• Preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
• Butter fluted tartlet pans.
• Roll the pastry out on a lightly dusted surface,cut into shape,line prepared pans,prick well with a fork.
• Bake until they are cooked,about 20 minutes should do.
• Cool.
• ~ For Filling ~
• Place sugar and cornstarch in a pan,stir in one half of the milk,to form a paste.
• Stir in remaining milk,place over heat,stirring constantly,and bring to simmer,remove from heat.
• Beat the eggs,then,pour half the hot milk mixture into eggs,and beat until smooth.
• Return egg and milk mixture to the heat once more,stirring constantly,and bring it to a gentle boil.
• Remove from heat as not to scorch,that is very important.
• Add the white chocolate,vanilla,and stir until the chocolate melts.
• Cool to room temperature,then chill out for 3 hours.
• When ready to serve,beat the cream in a bowl until stiff.
• Fold half the cream and half the coconut into the chocolate mixture.
• Spoon fill the baked pie shells,top with the remaining cream and coconut.
• ~ Sure...I know it's getting chilly outside, and you can think of other different comfort foods to prepare for the season...but trust me...this can be coosy.
• But...say you can't feel those tropical breezes as you sail upon that imaginary crystal blue liquid of pristine gleen as the sun dances off the tips of those waves kissing the skin of that schooner.
• Sure you can...Just close your eyes,throw off those over stuffed moose slippers that you got for last Christmas,slip into that string bikini, with grass skirt cover-up,that you found in that grass shack and go on a mini mind vacation.
• Now don't you feel the palm trees swaying,as the lyrics of 'Little Grass Shack' forms on your lips snuggling under that blankie,in the den,before a roaring fireplace,as you wrap you lips around this Island excursions...beats socks on the feet...Go Barefoot!
• That's funny...You don't remember getting that tattoo of those palm trees...That's okay...he has one too!
