How to make it

• ~ For the Coach ~
• Combine corn and water,cook covered,over a medium high heat for about 10 minutes.or until tender to the touch.
• Process for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
• Pour mixture through a wire mesh strainer,discard the pulp.
• Combine corn mixture,garlic,salt,pepper,and chicken stock in a heavy dutch oven,bring to a boil,reduce heat to low,stir in the cooked mashed pumpkin.
• Simmer 10 minutes,adding additional chicken stock if need be,stirring all the while.
• ~ The Slipper~
• Combine lime juice and ginger in pan,cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
• Remove from heat,pour through a wire mesh strainer into a bowl,discard pulp.
• Add lime rind and whipping cream to juice mixture,beat until soft peaks form.
• ~When ready to serve...Spoon into individual bowls,and dollop with Ginger Lime Cream.
• ~ You think to yourself...Shall it be 'Cinderella' or 'Broom Hilda' today.~
• ~You step up to that marble counter top in your Orange Silk Blouse,Vest of Maize,Orange and Black,dressed to have a ball...Barefoot.
• Looking down at those little smiley pumpkins,on those cute little pedicured tootsies,contemplating the endeavor,thinking.
• .Would Ya'?...Could Ya'?...Should Ya'?
• YEP!!
• So get out those new copper pans and get cookin'
• You have to remember you only have until the stroke of midnight to get this done.
• You have been around awhile,a classic antiquity...but you can do this.
• Climb into that Pumpkin,slip on those slippers, and get busy.
