How to make it

  • Lay asparagus out on a platter and generously drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle on remaining ingredients, cover and let marinate for at least 30 min in the refridgerator.
  • Remove from fridge and transfer to baking sheet, making sure to get all the marinade/garlicky goodness.
  • Heat grill to 350.
  • Place baking sheet on indirect heat and let the flames do their job for about 15-20 min.
