Dairy Free Australian Joe Cookies

Round cookies that are really easy to make!
Ingredients
- 175g self raising flour or gluten free flour shopping list
- 225g sugar shopping list
- 200g coconut shopping list
- 300g oats shopping list
- 200g butter, soya or magarine shopping list
- 4 large tbl spoons of golden syrup shopping list
- 2 tbl spoons of boiling water ( leave out if using margarine or soya) shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat oven to gas mark 4
- 2.Combine all first four ingridients in a bowl
- 3.Melt butter and golden syrup until melted add boiling water.
- 4.Mix the mixture of butter ect. into dry ingridiends
- 5.Make the mixture into balls with your hands.
- 6. Put on tray and put in oven for 10min until golden.
