Salmon Wellington

- •8 sheets puff pastry, thawed shopping list
- •Eight 6-to-8-ounce salmon fillets, skin removed shopping list
- •16 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced into thin strips shopping list
- •1 package frozen creamed spinach, left frozen and cut into strips shopping list
- •1 egg for egg wash shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2.Place a sheet of puff pastry on work surface.
- 3.Place a piece of salmon on center of sheet. Top with a slice of cheese and spinach.
- 4.Wrap salmon like a burrito.
- 5.Brush egg wash all over.
- 6.Repeat process with the rest.
- 7.Place on a parchment lined baking tray and place in the oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
