How to make it

  • 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2.Place a sheet of puff pastry on work surface.
  • 3.Place a piece of salmon on center of sheet. Top with a slice of cheese and spinach.
  • 4.Wrap salmon like a burrito.
  • 5.Brush egg wash all over.
  • 6.Repeat process with the rest.
  • 7.Place on a parchment lined baking tray and place in the oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
