Mini Sausage Quiches

- 1/2 - pound hot Italian sausage shopping list
- 2- tablespoons minced onion shopping list
- 2- tablespoons minced chives shopping list
- 1- tube ( 8oz ) refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 4- -eggs , lightly beaten shopping list
- 2- cups ( 8 oz ) shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1- cup small- curd cottage cheese shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet , brown sausage and onion over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink ; drain. Stir in chives.
- On a lightly floured surface , unroll crescent dough into one long rectangle ; seal seams and perforations. Cut into 48 pieces.
- Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased miniature muffin cups pan.
- Fill each cup with about 2 teaspoons of the sausage mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 375* for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack.
- Serve warm.
