Chicken Tortellini With Asparagus

- 3 cups Fresh tortellini shopping list
- 2 chicken breasts,1/4 inch cubed shopping list
- dash of cayene shopping list
- 1 cup asparagus shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried chives shopping list
- white sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sour cream and chives powder shopping list
- dash of cayenne shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- dash of black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Start and Complete all of the following at the same time:
- TORTELLINI
- Start pot of water to boil. Add Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini when bubbles first start to appear. Set timer for 8 minutes
- ASPARAGUS
- Add to Tortellini pot, 4 minutes into timer.
- WHITE SAUCE:
- In small sauce pan,
- Melt butter
- add seasonings
- when all melted, add flour.
- Stir well
- add Milk
- Stir quickly
- Lower heat, stiring occasionally
- CHICKEN
- Dice into 1/4 inch pieces
- add splash of olive oil to pan
- toss in chicken
- quickly stir fry
- dash of cayene
- When chicken is white, add dried chives.
- When all parts are finished, drain tortellini and asparagus, top with white sauce and chicken. Serve with bread and a touch of parmesean.
- LUNCH TIME!! (in less than 10 minutes!!)
