Caramel Apple Dipping Sauce

Had this at a friends house. Thought it was so yummy, and SO easy! I made it on a 13" round plate and found the cream cheese layer was a bit too thick, so next time I will use a larger plate, or not as much of the cream cheese mix. Read more I just winged the amount of caramel sauce and Skor bits.... use your judgement! See less
Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1C white sugar shopping list
- 1 bottle/jar caramel sauce for icecream (such as Smuckers) shopping list
- Bag of Skor bits shopping list
- 6-8 sliced granny smith apples shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together cream cheese and sugar till sugar is dissolved.
- Spread on large platter so you have a thin (but 'scoop-able') layer.
- Pour caramel sauce on top of cream cheese layer until it is covered.
- Sprinkle Skor bits generously on top of caramel sauce.
- Serve with sliced granny smith apples and enjoy!
