Awesome Jacket Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wash the potatoes and prick them a few times with a fork
  • Put them in the microwave and heat for 5 minutes (10 minutes for two potatoes)
  • Meanwhile, prepare the tuna mixture.
  • Add tuna, corn, mayo and lemon juice.
  • Mix REALLY well.
  • Take the potatoes out of the microwave (warning: don't blame me if you burn)
  • Put the cheese on top of the potatoes and put in the microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Dollop the mixture on top and serve.

    Ahh...
    Your left their little jackets on... and this time of year...it's a necessity.
    Nuked potatoes,did'nt keep Charlie Tuna wanting long.
    Oh my gosh...
