Cream Of Pea Soup

- No. 2 can peas --I'd use frozen shopping list
- 2 TBS sugar shopping list
- 2 cups liquid shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 TBS butter shopping list
- 2 TBS flour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 slice onion shopping list
How to make it
- Measure liquid from the can and add enough water to make 2 cups. Add sugar and peas and cook until the peas are soft (about 20 minutes). Rub peas through a sieve. Reheat this mixture and add to a white sauce made of the other ingredients. Season to taste. The onion should be scaled in the milk and removed before serving soup.
