How to make it

  • Put water in a bowl and add dry milk powder, stirring well until powder is dissolved. Add sugar (or Splenda or granulated fructose) and mix until smooth. Refrigerate at least one day before using OR cook in the top of a double boiler for 17-20 minutes, or until thick. If cooked on stove, this can be used as soon as it cools.
