How to make it

  • Stir Bisquick, milk, and eggs until blended in glass bowl
  • Chop bananas into small cubes
  • Crush Almonds into small chunks (cleanest way is to put almonds in ziplock bag and crush)
  • Slowly add to pancake mixture
  • Sprinkle cinnamon twice over surface of mixture and stir.
  • Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle or skillet
  • Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
  • Enjoy
